Questions

What is a credit?
Credits are how Palmer meters model usage. Every model call, image generation, and web search draws down credits at a rate that depends on the model. Team includes 4,000 credits for $20, so 200 credits cost about $1.
When do credits reset?
Included credits refresh at the start of each period: monthly on Free, and each billing period on Team. Unused included credits do not roll over. Purchased credit packs go into your organization's shared pool and stay until they are used.
Who can upgrade or buy credits?
Organization owners and admins, from Settings → Billing in the Palmer desktop app. Checkout and invoices are handled by Stripe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude sales tax and VAT. Where your location requires it, tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
